Great news for Community Transit riders! Starting Sunday, March 30, the Ride Store at Lynnwood City Center Station will be open on Sundays, giving you access to in-person or phone assistance from the Ride Store every day of the week. Plus, our Customer Care phone line will also be available seven days a week. These new hours give you more opportunities to reach out to our team of transit experts.
What can I do at the Ride Store?
The Ride Store is where you can go if you need help with many transit-related things, including:
Buying, reloading, or replacing an ORCA card or purchasing a pass.;
Purchasing a BikeLink card for local bike lockers.
Finding items you may have left behind at the Lost & Found.
Help finding the right bus and explore options to plan a future trip.
Asking a question or getting additional information about our services.
Purchasing DART Paratransit passes and tickets.

Customer parking is available in the lot north of the Ride Store building with additional parking on Floor 1 of the garage, near the entrance to the light rail station.
