Looking for a fun way to stay active this winter? Ice skating is a great way to beat the winter blues and get some exercise. Whether you're gliding through a public skating session or gearing up for a hockey league, Community Transit makes it simple to get to local ice rinks near you.

The best part? Many ice rinks are open year-round, so you can keep skating long after winter ends! Click on the name of each ice rink to see nearby bus stops and let Community Transit get you there stress-free.

Everett
Everett Community Ice Rink

Located in the heart of downtown Everett, this NHL regulation ice rink is open year-round for public skating, hockey, figure skating, ice skating classes, and more. 

Lynnwood
Lynnwood Ice Center

Lynnwood Ice Center offers a variety of programs such as public skate sessions, youth and adult hockey, and ice skating classes.

Olympic view is a full-time ice sports training facility that does not offer public skate sessions. However, if you’re looking to seriously get involved in figure skating classes or hockey, you might want to give them a call to learn more about their programs.

Tulalip Ice and Lights

From Nov. 23, 2024 to Jan. 12, 2025 you can go to Tulalip Lights and Ice, a free-to-enter holiday event featuring an ice-skating rink with real ice, and a holiday light display with over 7.8 million lights.

Northgate
Kraken Community Ice Plex

Now that Community Transit bus service connects you to Link light rail, you can take a bus to light rail and ride to Northgate Station. From here, walk (or catch a bus) over to Kraken Community Ice Plex, which offers public skating, classes, hockey leagues, birthday parties, and more. On select days, you can even watch the Seattle Kraken practice.
