If you’ve visited the Community Transit Ride Store, you know it's your go-to destination for all things transit—whether it's getting your questions answered, purchasing or reloading your ORCA card, or recovering lost items left on the bus

The Ride Store is now open in a brand-new, beautiful building at Lynnwood City Center Station (formerly known as Lynnwood Transit Center.) If you haven't visited the Ride Store yet, this is a great opportunity to stop by the new location, meet our friendly staff, and discover how we can assist you with all your transit needs.

What can you do at the Ride Store?

The Ride Store is where you can go if you need help with many transit-related things, including:

  • Buying, reloading, or replacing an ORCA card or purchasing a pass.
  • Finding items you may have left behind at the Lost & Found.
  • Helping find the right bus and explore options to plan a future trip.
  • Asking a question or getting additional information about our services.
  • Purchasing DART Paratransit passes and tickets.

Lost and Found
The Ride Store handles more than 9,000 lost items per year. From phones and wallets to backpacks and bikes, the Ride Store staff has seen it all. If you leave something behind on a Community Transit bus, Community Transit property (like bus stop), or a Sound Transit bus that operates in Snohomish County, you can contact the Ride Store to see if we have found it. What’s different at the new Ride Store?
The new Ride Store location offers more comfortable environment for both riders and our Ride Store staff. Because it is conveniently located at Lynnwood City Center Station, riders can visit the Ride Store in between their trip on the light rail and bus. The Ride Store also offers a new walk-up window for people to access from outside the building, as well as a public restroom.

“I'm very excited about our new Ride Store because it’s going to make a difference for our riders. We’ve designed it to be a welcoming space where our community can easily get the help they need and feel supported on their transit journeys,” said Art Braeul, Customer Relations Manager for Community Transit.
