Items lost on Community Transit buses or property are taken to the RideStore at Lynnwood Transit Center. Contact the RideStore first to see if we have found your item: (425) 348-2350 or ridestore at commtrans dot org
If you lose an item on the bus, call the Community Transit RideStore at (425) 348-2350 to see if we have found it. Wallets, purses and medications are always given special consideration for quick return to the owner. Lost & found items can be picked up the next business day after 11:30 a.m. They are held for 30 days.
When claiming a lost bike, you must call the RideStore to set a pick-up appointment between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on a weekday. Bikes can be held for only 10 days due to space constraints.
Items lost at Everett Station will be held at the station’s Customer Service Center. For items lost on the Sounder train, call (888) 889-6368, select the “Sounder” option, then select "Lost & Found."
